PMC for 600 MW Solar PV Project with 550 MWh Energy Storage in Jhansi.

Limited, a Maharatna PSU, has initiated the tendering process for Project
Management Consultancy (PMC) services for a 600 MW ground-mounted solar PV
project with 550 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) at Tehsil Garautha,
Jhansi.
The project is
part of GAIL's goal to achieve net-zero Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2035. The
PMC will oversee design review, quality checks, construction supervision,
installation, commissioning, and O&M monitoring.

Services
The PMC selected
through this tender will be responsible for comprehensive project management,
including:

Design review and quality assurance

Construction supervision

Installation and commissioning oversight

Operation & Maintenance (O&M)
monitoring
The contract is
set for 36 months, with payments linked to milestone completions.
Bidders must
demonstrate experience in solar projects of at least 100 MW under a single
contract.
