Global Expression of Interest Under International Competetive Bidding (ICB) for provision of Comprehensive 3D Reservoir Models for Lower Tarakeshwar Reservoirs in Lakshmi (LA and LB) and Gauri(GA) fields of Cambay Block.

Cairn Oil & Gas, Vedanta Ltd., is India's largest private oil and gas exploration and production company having current interest in 62 blocks and accounting for more than a quarter of India's domestic crude oil production. Cairn Oil & Gas has a vision to achieve 50% of India's crude production and contribute to India's energy security.

Cairn Oil & Gas, Vedanta Ltd. India's largest private oil and gas exploration and production company, is the Operator of the Offshore Block in India, Cambay oil and gas field in CB-OS/2 block (located on the West Coast of India)

Cairn Oil & Gas on behalf of itself and Joint Venture (JV) partner(s) invites global oil field services provider and/or consortiums with proven capabilities and demonstrated performance in similar requirement for Expression of Interest

(EoI) as per specific pre-qualification to participate in the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) process for the comprehensive 3D reservoir models for lower Tarakeshwar reservoirs in Lakshmi (LA and LB) and Gauri fields of Cambay block.

Brief Scope of Work: The scope of this EoI broadly include delivery of a comprehensive reservoir model capturing the hydrocarbon bearing sands of Lower Tarakeshwar Formation interpreted within each of the three structures (LB, LA and GA) in three models. The reservoir modelling would include re-interpretation and validation of all the input data available for the field.

The overall expected broader scope and outcome of the study is listed below.

a)     Review and analysis of Subsurface data including but not limited to geological, geophysical, petrophysical and reservoir engineering disciplines.

b)    Integration of static data towards comprehensive geocellular model preparation including in-place volumetric estimations.

c)     Reservoir simulation modelling including history matching and production forecasting and development opportunity identification.

In view of the nature of the scope, only those Contractors possessing the requisite and proven record of performance and can demonstrate, through submission of documents, in executing similar jobs should respond to this notice.

The evaluation shall be done at the tender stage and the criteria(s) mentioned above are for reference only.

Participants are requested to submit following documents as a minimum:

1.     Letter of interest clearly indicating the project reference and detailed company organisational structure/information.

2.     Details of projects/studies undertaken in last five (5) years.

3.     Brief list of key personnel and experience level who could potentially be capable of carrying out the study.

4.     Company's financial performance documents (Audited Balance sheets and Profit and Loss statements, Auditors Report and Notes to Accounts etc.) for last two (2) years. Latest financial statement should not be older than 12 months on the date of submission of response to Expression of Interest.

Further to this, interested parties/ Bidders/companies/consortiums would be invited to submit their response via Smart Source (Cairn's e-Sourcing Platform).

The interested bidders should "Evince interest" to participate in EoI within 14 days of publication of Expression of interest.
