July 25, 2026: GP Petroleums Limited (GPPL), a leading manufacturer and marketer of industrial and automotive lubricants under the renowned “IPOL” brand, today announced its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026.
The Company delivered a strong start to FY27, driven by improved operating margins, a better product mix and continued focus on operational efficiencies. The quarter's performance reflects the Company's disciplined execution and strategic focus on sustainable, profitable growth.
Q1FY27 Highlights
- Revenue from Operations increased 46% YoY to ₹2303 million (Q1 FY26: ₹1582 million).
- EBITDA nearly tripled to ₹292 million from ₹100 million, with EBITDA Margin improving to 12.7% from 6.4% in Q1 FY26.
- Profit After Tax (PAT) rose 220% to ₹206 million compared with ₹64 million in the corresponding quarter last year.
- Sequentially, Revenue increased from ₹1627 million in Q4 FY26 to ₹2303 million, EBITDA (before exceptional items) improved from ₹147 million to ₹292 million, while PAT increased from ₹93 million to ₹206 million.
- The Board of Directors has recommended Dividend of Re.0.50 per equity share of Rs 5 each (10%) for FY26
