August 15, 2026: Petronet LNG Limited has reported a 33% year-on-year increase in standalone Profit Before Tax (PBT) and Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.

The company’s standalone PBT increased to Rs 15.14 billion in Q1 FY27, compared with Rs 11.36 billon in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. Standalone PAT also rose to Rs 11.33 billion from Rs 8.51 billion in Q1 FY26.

The company said the improvement in financial performance was driven by commercial and operational efficiency.

Petronet LNG Q1 FY27 Profit Rises 33%

Petronet LNG recorded strong year-on-year growth in both PBT and PAT during the June 2026 quarter.

Standalone PBT stood at Rs 15.14 billion, compared with Rs 11.36 billion in Q1 FY26. However, it was lower than the Rs 17.95 billion recorded in the previous quarter ended March 31, 2026.

Standalone PAT increased to Rs 11.33 billion, compared with Rs 8.51 billion in the year-ago quarter. On a sequential basis, PAT was lower than Rs 13.38 billion reported in Q4 FY26.
