Global Expression of Interest (EoI) Under International Competitive Bidding (ICB) on Rental Basis For Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Operation And Maintenance OfReciprocating Type Natural Gas Compressors along with Development Of Associated Surface Facilities at Raageshwari Deep Gas Field In RJ-ON-90/1 Block

Vedanta Oil & Gas Ltd. is the Operator of the Onshore RJ-ON-90/1 block, on behalf of itself and its Joint Venture (JV) partner and Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC), located in Barmer and Balotra district, in the state of Rajasthan, India.

The Operator, on behalf of itself and its Joint Venture Partners, invites Expressions of Interest (EoI) under International CompetitiveBidding (ICB) process from experienced and qualified companies having proven capabilities in providing rental, BOOM (Build-Own-Operate-Maintain) or EPC/LSTK basis for supply, installation, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance of reciprocating type natural gas compressors along with development of associated surface facilities at Raageshwari Deep Gas field in RJ-ON-90/1 block natural gas compression facilities on a rental.

Interested parties should preferably demonstrate strong, integrated project execution capabilities, with proven experience in similar oil and gas EPC projects and/or a successful track record of operating and managing comparable facilities on a rental basis along with strong HSE performance record.

Interested parties shall submit responses for company's evaluation in the following category:

Brief Scope of Work: Operator intends to enhance recovery from RDG field under low pressure operation for maximizing resource exploitation of the field by reducing the wellhead pressures and installing a compression system.

The scope includes the design, engineering, supply, installation, commissioning, startup, performance guarantee test run, operation and maintenance of reciprocating natural gas compressor packages on a rental basis, complete with electric motors, VFDs, KODs, coolers, and all associated auxiliaries, in compliance with applicable API standards and project specifications.

The scope also includes modification, augmentation, and integration of existing terminal and well pad facilities, including mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
