Introduction: Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC), the national oil company of India, primarily engaged in the exploration and production (E&P) of crude oil and natural gas, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced solution providers for Project Management Consultant (PMC)  services for construction projects across ONGC locations.

The objective of EOI for establishing a panel of technically qualified PMC agencies will help streamline pre and post-tendering activities, reduce onboarding lead time, standardize technical evaluation, improve execution efficiency, and facilitate the timely completion of projects.

Objective of the EOI:

The objectives of this EOI are as follows:

• Providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for new building construction projects.
• Coordinating civil, architectural, MEP, HVAC, IT, interior, and furniture packages in an integrated manner.
• Planning and managing phased execution while maintaining stringent quality standards and adhering to defined project schedules.
• Managing multiple stakeholders, contractors, and specialized agencies to ensure effective coordination and timely execution of projects.
• Establishing appropriate systems for project monitoring, quality control, progress reporting, risk management, and timely resolution of project-related issues.

Scope of Work: ONGC is seeking solution providers possessing the required technical competence, financial capability, and proven capability.

The Scope of Work is provided at Annexure-I.

Solution providers expressing interest must meet the eligibility criteria outlined below.

Eligibility Criteria: Solution providers responding to this EOI shall furnish information and supporting documents demonstrating their capability and qualification to perform the required services placed at Annexure-2.

Submission Guidelines: Interested solution providers meeting the above requirements shall submit their EOI documents (in PDF/PPT format) through email or by hard copy. The submission must reach the undersigned within 21 days (by 08-10-2026) from the date of publication of this notification.
