October 3, 2026: Petronet LNG Limited shareholders approved a final dividend of ₹3 per equity share for FY26 at the 28th Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2026. This payout complements the interim dividend of ₹7 per share distributed in December 2025.

The meeting, conducted via video conferencing, saw the adoption of audited financial statements and the reappointment of nominee directors. While routine items passed with overwhelming support, the reappointment of Arun Kumar Singh (ONGC) and Arvinder Singh Sahney (IOCL) attracted notable dissent from public shareholders.
